VR Launch and Headset Connection Troubleshooting
Cannot Start VR Mode
Is the Launch in VR button disabled?
Yes
➡ Is the headset connected and initialized?

Verify that the headset is powered on and properly connected.

Check that all communication boxes, cables, or adapters (if applicable) are connected and powered on.
➡ Is SteamVR connected and initialized?

Verify that SteamVR is active and can see the headset without any errors.
If the headset was connected after Skyreal was launched:

Close and restart Skyreal.
Is the correct OpenXR runtime active?
Depending on your headset, ensure the appropriate software is installed and configured as the active OpenXR runtime:

If the runtime is not active, enable it in the corresponding application and restart Skyreal.

Hardware Checks

Verify that all cables are properly connected.

Verify that the Link Box is powered on.

Verify that before launching Skyreal you can see SteamVV enviroment and controllers.
Offline Installations

Ensure that Vive Console is installed in addition to SteamVR.

Some SteamVR offline installers do not include the required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (VC++ 140, 32-bit).
If Vive Console fails to start or the headset is not detected, verify that this component is installed.
