How do I obtain a Skyreal VR license?
Contact the Skyreal VR sales team or your account manager to obtain licenses. Licenses are managed through the support website.
How are licenses managed?
Each company has one designated manager who can access the My Company tab on the support website. The manager is responsible for:

Do I need a license for each CAVE/Powerwall node?
[With the latest versions of Skyreal VR and Deck, you no longer need a separate license for each cluster node. Deck manages license authentication for all nodes internally.] If you encounter issues, contact the support team for node-specific license files.
What happens when my license expires?
When a license expires, Skyreal VR will display a notification and certain features may become unavailable. Contact your company manager or the Skyreal VR support team to renew your license.
Can I transfer a license between machines?
License transfer policies depend on your licensing agreement. Contact your company manager or the Skyreal VR support team for assistance with license transfers.
