Navigation Commands
These commands allow you to change your movement style in VR.
Navigation commands [provide] the basic means of movement in SkyReal VR. Through them, you can switch between navigation modes to optimize your experience and adapt your movement style to your needs.
There are three navigation commands, which you can access from the default Navigation sub menu:

Fly
Fly navigation is the freest navigation mode. In this mode, you are not attached to the ground.
-
To move forward, push the navigation pad forward and point the laser in the direction you want to go. (Note: if the laser is angled down, you will go down; and if the laser is angled up, you will go up.)
-
To move sideways, push the navigation pad to the left or right. You will move to the side in the direction that is pressed.
-
To turn around in VR, make a 90-degree angle between the controller and your head (left or right) and push the navigation pad forward or backward.
Walk
Walk navigation attaches you to the ground and improves [your] immersion in the simulation.
-
To move forward, push the navigation pad forward and point the laser in the direction you want to go.
-
To move sideways, push the navigation pad to the left or right. You will move to the side in the direction that is pressed.
-
To turn around in VR, make a 90-degree angle between the controller and your head (left or right) and push the navigation pad forward or backward.
-
If you have an obstacle in your way, you will be stuck until you move the other way.
-
Not all obstacles will block you: you will be able to walk over walkable obstacles (i.e., obstacles that have a height [less] than 20 cm).
Teleport
Teleport navigation is useful [if you have] trouble with motion sickness. There is a small delay before the command is ready to prevent accidental teleports.
-
Push the navigation pad in any direction. This will [determine] the direction in which you are looking once you teleport.
-
Use your controller to move the spot where you wish to teleport.
-
Release the navigation pad to teleport to your selected position and orientation.
Fixed Floor (Z Fix)
Once activated, the Z Fix switch button overrides the "floor position" on the Z-axis of the scene and determines a new one based on your position. This button changes the behavior of all navigation options:
-
In Fly mode: Z Fix allows normal flight, but you cannot go lower than the new Z "floor position."
-
In Walk mode: It sets a new floor position for you.
-
In Teleport mode: It also sets a new floor position for you.
Set Speed
This command allows you to change and set the speed at which you move in VR.
Tips
-
If you experience motion sickness, start with Teleport mode and gradually try Walk or Fly as you become more comfortable.
-
Use Z Fix when you need a consistent floor level, especially in scenes where the ground plane may not align with your physical floor.
-
Adjust your movement speed using Set Speed to find a comfortable pace that reduces disorientation.
